I have a situation where a Netbackup 7.5 installation was successfully backing up Exchange 2010 mailbox databases (non GRT) through a DAG.
This has stopped working (after no reported changes) and on looking at the agent detailed log for Bresolver there are multiple instances of ESE timeouts where it's trying to find mailboxdatabasecopy status etc.
I can see reports of this occurence for Backup Exec with a solution including a hotfix and registry entry to extend the timeout value.
Is this scenario known about with Netbackup 7.5

Copy all the text in Job details for the failed job and post here.
Please also post log file where you see the error as attachment. Rename file to process name (e.g. bpresolver.txt) before uploading.
