We are trying to configure a BasicDisk in Netbackup using an NFS share on a NAS on the network.
We can mount the NFS share and copy files to it , but Netbackup will not see the share no way no how.
We can creat a storage device ,but the drive is not selectable in the browse.
We can add the NFS drive that is mounted by putting in the Z:/ into the drive location and the storage unit
is created, but backups still get the 2074 error.
I even got a temporary license key for everything from symantec, but when we try to backup to the storage device
we get a 2074 error immediately.
What are we missing here, this can`t be rocket science.
Any ideas?
