Pls give me a link from where i can download Netbackup 6.5 Evel version for Windows, Solaris n Linux.. Its bit urgent.. i need it for Presentation.. in my office for client project..

There is no separate evaluation NBU download. Use the normal NBU software with Evaluation License Key that you need to obtain from a Symantec reseller.

Unfortunately I do not have access to Eval Keys.
You need to speak to your Symantec rep and supply sufficient justification.

If you can provide link.. Will be more sufficient for me..

I got dump of NB 6.5 for linux from, i downlaod it from fileconnect...
but when i am installing its asking me for VRTSpbx:-
"Enter the full path name to the directory where the
appropriate installics script is located followed by
a <CR> to continue. This script will then install
the package(s)."
When i chk this msg i download another pack of "NetBackup_6.5_ICS_LinuxX86"..
Now when i unzip it its showing some files are corrupt.. i tried to downlaod more then 5-6 times but same problem.. when i am trying to use that same pack to install now its giving me a big error.. Pls see.. below

Now How i can resolve this.. when symantec is giving currupt iso..
Pls look in to the matter...

Download NetBackup 7.0 direct. (Symantec Connect user and pass required)

Hi Too have donwloaded the ICS for linux and its working fine for me.

I used IE, Mozila, and Opera also. Getting same error: -
This files are missing: -

c:\Documents and Settings\agelda\My Documents\Downloads\NetBackup_6.5_ICS_LinuxX86.tar.gz: Cannot open ..\X86\license_management_agent (NB_65_ICS_1.4.37.0_LinuxX86\RHAS40\license_management_agent --> ..\X86\license_management_agent)
c:\Documents and Settings\agelda\My Documents\Downloads\NetBackup_6.5_ICS_LinuxX86.tar.gz: Symbolic link points to missing file

Don't know Why this is happening..  My SLA is going end..

You need to contact a Symantec reseller. The reseller will be able to assist with downloads, demo keys, installation assistance, etc...
