Netbackup OpsCenter Reports Receiving twice

Hi All,

I Have configured OPsCenter Tabular reposrts and I have scheduled daily backup reports. Now I am receiving all the reports twice. Even If am generating a Test report I receives 2 emails of the same report.

Any suggestions?

what is the version of Opscenter...?

did you try upgrading to latest patch?

We have Netbackup 7.5.0.6, and OpsCenter 7.5.0.6. Its on the highest patch level right now.

did you check with the exchage admin that how many times the Opscenter is sending the mails.. 

or  something like that it could be an issue in SMTP server end...

OpsCenter is sending emails twice to exchange.

hmm... did you try recycling Opscenter?

Please provide us mail logs

Windows : <install_path>\OpsCenter\server\logs\mail_<time_stamp>.log

Unix    : /opt/SYMCOpsCenterServer/logs/mail_<time_stamp>.log
