Upgrade steps are documented in the release notes
https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH226953.html
section "For Maintenance Release installation on Windows CLUSTER Environment"
Please note any upgrade to 7.6.1 should be to 7.6.1.1

Hi,
Last week we are performed to upgrade 7.6.1.1 on cluster server using MSCS. It was taking long time to upgrade in active node. we are facing lots of problem while upgradation because DB size is big. After upgradation in node 1 cluster resource of EMM is not coming to ONLINE. Finally, uninstalled netbackup 7.6.1.1 and rebooted the node1. Netbackup was came to ONLINE using version 7.6.1
Passive Node upgraded to 7.6.1, after upgraded rebooted the passive node.
Fail-over to node 2, its working fine. In Node1 symantec investigated, upgradation was not properly completed suggesting us to once again install 7.6.1 and choose the option "Repair" to recover the corrupted files. We have followed the same steps after upgradation in node1, we are unable bring up all cluster resources, its went to offline.
Now node 2 is active and working fine.
Please provide the soultion to fix the node1..

If you have a support case with Veritas you should stick to their recommendations. If its closed go ahed and re-opent it.

Still case is opened. I am closely working with symantec to get the update.
