Hi,
I'm using netbackup 7.0, windows 2008 Standard R2 X64 for my servers.
Recently i shutdown my master server and client server due to maintenance work
After startup the server, my backup jobs which back to network disk ( backup in client server) are failed.
From the disk logs it show me
"sts_get_Isu_prop_byname on LSU\\myserver\netbackup failed" 2060017 system call failed"
"Invalid storage device: \\myserver\netbackup system call failed"
"failure to open disk at path \\myserver\netbackup: plug-in reports error 2060017 system call failed
when i try to open "change Storage Unit" in storage units tab.
On Absolute pathname to directory i put in \\myserver\netbackup and click on properties it show me below this error massage.
"Error reading volume infromation. STS API failed.
Status:2060017 . system call faild
I try to open the \\myserver\netbackup in command prompt is can open my network share "netbackup" folder.
The backup job backup to tape is working fine just the job backup to network share having this problem.
May i know how to reslove this issue? It's because of the config file problem? Please find attached file for screen shot.
