Netbackup not ejecting all vault tapes

All our vault tapes do not eject. We see the following error in the logs:

few tapes do not make it to the weekly eject but then they are supposed to eject the next time since the eject frequency is 15 days for weekly and 60 for monthly - but these too do not get ejected.

 

any suggestions?

Resolved. Found that the eject schedule for these tapes was not setup for that one particular week.

Please check your volume groups in the voult profile.

Please check if below TN helps:

If above doesn't help please post the vault.xml file and SID logs for the eject.

EDIT** I just noticed that you said only few tapes, please make sure these tapes are not moved to different volume group.
