how to restore VM machine using Netbackup vStorage optimization (changed block tracking) ?
Example:

Weekend - Full backup
Daily - Cumulative incremental backup

To recover a latest VM machine state , a weekend tape and a latest cumulative tape ?

Any technote to refer to ?

Yes you need tapes from full backup and last cumulative backup.
When you want to restore simply select only last cumulative backup and NB will automaticly restore full and then cumulative.
