Hello,

The backup with open file backup option (OFM.NLM) is not possible. The operation timed out and the server restarts. The server stops during restarting.
The backup without open file backup option backup functions normally.
I have installed a new COMN.NSS. The backup ran, but very slowly.
What I can still do to solve problem.

        Did you get any solution for this? did you open a case with symantec?
