Object not found for file system backup: Exchange mailbox Backup

Backing up exchange on a mailbox level. Exchange 2000. After upgrading to 6.5 this has not worked, it used to work fine. I havnt made any paramater changes...

Errot bpbrm (pid=xxxx) from client exchangesrver: ERR- Object not found for file system backup:Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes:\Doe, John [jdoe]

The backup completes partial. Our regular exchange backups (Storage group level) complete fine.

Im doing a mailbox level backup on 20 or so users and all do the same. Version is OK,

Thanks in advance,

Mike

If this helps this is the complete error. I am now getting a status number 1: (69) Invalid filelist specification. Would like some help, I've just about everythink I can think of.
