Hello All,
Our customer Netbackup Opscenter is not able to launch. We see the Netbackup Opcenter Authentication is not started, tried to start but unable to..it gave messsage that the service started and then stopped.
Tried these steps in the article but it does not work

Are you able to provide some excerps of the logs. Can be found INSTALLDIR\Program Files\Symantec\OpsCenter\server\logs look for logs starting with 58xxxxxxx..log.. Assuming its a windoze servers. What are the error messages? E.G "Windows could not start the Veritas NetBackup OpsCenter Database Server service on Local Computer
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."
Does the event logs show any errors that might be pertinent? Also can you state version you are using?
