Problem backing up Windows 2003 64 Bit Edition on AMD Opteron or Intel XEON

I have 2 servers running Windows 2003 64 Bit Edition on AMD Opteron and Intel XEON (EM64T). It is not possible to backup the Shadow Copy Components. They always end up with Status 1.

My setup is 5.1 MP5 on 32Bit Master and 5.1 MP5 x64 Client on the Clients

The activity logs sais the following:

Anybody seen something like this?

Netbackup does not like this piece of hardware, its complaining about -----> (BEDS 0xFFFFFEDF: )

Patch Netbackup and all of the extensions you have on the master and clients.

Can you explain what piece of hardware is meant with the hex adress?
Netbackup is up to date with MP5 for 5.1. I even tested it with 6.0 MP2 on Master and Client in our test environment. No change at all.
Even the Servers are patched with the latest fixes.
