Process to installing NBU client agent on HP-UX

We have NBU 4.5 installed on our master and have one node which we have to configure to that master.
 
So i want to know the process of installing binaries from master to the client remotely and after installing the client agent on the client, what steps do we need to follow to configure that client to that master in order to take a backup.

Hi Sumakshi,

you should have a look at the administration guides and installation guides of Netbackup.

Your questions are too complicated to answer in this forum in a short way. On the other hand, they are so basic questions - you should read the manuals.

first setup the necessary hosts.equiv and .rhosts for root on the master to be able to remsh to the client
Then create a client entry in a Netbackup policy.
Select the client and run "Install software on client" from thedrop down menu
