RMAN Restore

Hi Friend

Please help.how i restore RMAN backup.actually backup taking through RMAN.now i am going to restore that RMAN backup.how?

I would start with Rman console! Ask Your DBA to do it. If everything is place You as backup admin should be doing nothing - the only thing you need to set is to allow client restores.
