Please post dbclient log.

Copy log file to dbclient.txt and upload as File attachment.

If dbclient log folder does not exist, please create folder on destination client, increase logging level to 3 and retry the restore. 

Before another restore attempt - change Client Read Timeout on media server to 7200.

If restore fails again, please upload dbclient log.

To change logging level:

Master server: Host Properties -> Clients -> <Destination Client name> -> Logging
Or 
Open Backup, Archive, Restore GUI on destination client.
File -> NetBackup Client Properties -> Troubleshooting.
Change Verbose and Database levels to 3.

Create dbclient folder/directory under <install-path>\netbackup\logs.

dbclient log  is required as per Marianne's recomendation, it is still missing.

Hope you have followed following technote for redirected restoration of SQL database.

Also check is restore from client is allowed from your destination client.

run following on your master server

install_path/bpclient -client client_name -L
Client Name: client_name
 Current Host:
        Hostname: client_name
 Dynamic Address:       no
 Free Browse:   Allow
 List Restore:  Allow Both
 

check for value of "List Restore" if it is not ALLOW both, then change it 
 

install_path/bpclient -client client_name -add -list_restore 1

or 

install_path/bpclient -client client_name -update -list_restore 1

Please copy the log to dbclient.txt and upload as File attachment.

If you have bpbrm log on the media server, please upload that as well. The errors above looks like there may be a timeout. 
dbclient and bpbrm logs will confirm.

Please also post all of the text in Job Details.

Seems you have a problem with MS-SQL license on destination client:

Please post latest dbclient log on destination client and bpbrm log on media server.

Are you sure that logging level on the destination client is set to 3?

I had a similar error at a customer a couple of months ago.
With logging at level 0, all that was logged in dbclient was:

<16> WriteToVirtualDevice: ERR - Error in GetCommand: 0x80770004.

Similar to the error you are seeing.

With logging at level 3, additional info was logged:

15:55:30.769 [19536.24300] <16> CODBCaccess::LogODBCerr: DBMS MSG - ODBC return code <-1>, SQL State <37000>, SQL Message <3101><[Microsoft][SQL Native Client][SQL Server]Exclusive access could not be obtained because the database is in use.>.

The DBA issued 'sp_who2 ' in SQL Management studio query window and found a user connection to the database.

After killing the connection the restore was successful.

In your case - perhaps SQL Management studio was left open after fixing the license issue?

Actually restoring the base has exceeded 10 GB, so I always lisence SQL summary that problem, because I have been able to restore a basic 1GB
