Restore Exchange 2010 with Netbackup 7.0.1 and Recovery Manager for Exchange 4.9.2

We are trying to restore Exchange 2010 mailboxes that were backed up using Symantec Netbackup 7.0.1 and restored using Recovery Manager for Exchange 4.9.2.

The Exchange 2010 servers have SP1.

The error we recieve is

the restore failed to recover the requested files(5) 

We were having problems restoring mailboxes with Netbackup 7.0, Exchange 2010 SP1 and Recovery Manager for Exchange 4.9.2 prior to upgrading Netbackup to SP1.

Can anyone give any insight of where to go next with this?

Create the dbclient folder on the destination client and increase logging level if you have not yet it done. Error 5 is very generic, it means "restore failed, see logs for details"
