Restore NDMP with different volume name?

Hi Guys,

Our AD Admin was planning to rename the NAS volumes that currently used.
We are using NBU 6.5.3.1 and volumes are being backed up using NDMP.

Can we still able to do a restore the content of the volume after the NAS volume has been renamed?

I'm not sure, but I had some problme like that a few months ago,

I had to put in /etc/hosts

IP    <OLD NAME>  <NEW NAME>

tha alias shoul work
