Retry Done (failed)/Incomplete

Good morning,

If a job failed, the first attempt state is "done" then a new job is submitted, if it failed too, it's going to state "incomplete", then retry.

Why not at the first job?

then let run the command when fist job is in incompleate state

nbpemreq -subsysyems 1 screen

i would like to check how nbpem is taking that incompleate job
