SCOM 2012 and NetBackup 7.5

I see links to threads that say the management pack for SCOM 2007 will work just fine with SCOM 2012. However, I see issues reported that there is no way to discover the NetBackup server/appliance using SNMP with SCOM 2012. How do we get SCOM 2012 to see NetBackup 7.5?

OK, let me ask this in another way. Since SCOM 2012 does not allow a Windows server with a SCOM agent installed to be discovered using SNMP, How are folks using SCOM to monitor NetBackup 7.5?

I have no experience with this at all, but are you saying that the SCOM 2007 instructions don't work for SCOM 2012?

I didn't find anything that said SCOM 2012 wouldn't work with SNMP...but maybe I misread your post and that's not what you were saying?
