Snapshot issue backing up individual mailboxes, Exchange 2010

on 5220 appliance, which is both media and master server, NetBackup 7.5.0.6

Exchange 2010.  not a DAG, just a stand alone server.

Full and incremental exchange backups work fine.

Trying to backup a few individual mailboxes and got the dreaded 1542 snapshot error.  Upon closer inspecition, I found this in my detailed status:

Snapshot options same as for my full/incr which work OK.  Same client.  I'm sure I'm just missing something, but I don't know what. It couldn't be something as simple as the "\*" at the end of the mailbox name, could it?

Any pointers would be appreciated.

I just tried it without the "/*" and same results.

You cannot backup individual mailboxes on Exch2010.

This feature was only supported until Exch2007.

You need to backup Information Store via GRT in order to enable mailbox restore.

you're KIDDING !!  Ohmyword, this puts a cramp in our "lawsuit" contingency plan.

MAPI mailbox backup and restore :

With Exchange 2007 or earlier, users can perform MAPI backups and restores of individual

mailboxes and folders ......

Please follow steps in this manual to config GRT backups.
