Storage Server showing down in Netbackup MSDP

Hi all,

Require your assistance in making the Storage Server UP. My backups are failing with 213. I am using MSDP feature. Earlier it used to work properly, but while running some backups last time it went down (server utilization went high during that time). The Media and Master server both are on NBU 7.1.0.1.

Check your media server for the spoold process; is it running.

You don't indicate what platform you are running this on.  I have seen Dedupe Engine stop on Windows and not restart as it is meant to.
