Strange behaviour using SQLINSTANCE $ALL

Hi all.

I have 2 multiinstances SQL Servers which are backuped up using bch files with SQLINSTANCE $ALL command. Backup was working correctly until I had to disable SQL Browser service. I found out this service is required when I use SQLINSTANCE $ALL. Ok but now one server (Win2k16, SQL2k19) is not backuped up with error:

An instance of SQL Server was not found on this client

but the second (Win2k12, SQL2k12) is ok (SQL Browser is disabled and SQLINSTANCE $ALL is used)

Any idea?

2) It's better to ask Microsoft about it.
