Suspend Scheduling for a particular Media Server

I need to take down a specific media server to install new hardware.  Is there a way to suspend future jobs from using a particular media server?  This way the current jobs using this media server can complete and I can take if down for the installation.  I don't want to offline it due to there are still active jobs using the media server.

hi,

you can deacivate the media server, all current running backups will countiune to run .. but no new backup will get assigned to the media server

GUI--> devices-->mediaserver--> right click on the media server and select Deactivate.
