Need to know about NBCC utility

If i want to check the consistency of current version in our environment netbackup 7.0,  do i need to run NBCC 7.7.3 or 7.0 ?

Is it command or a GUI ??

@RiaanBadenhorst - Hello - i have few questions .

1. nbdbadmin.exe on /bin , can be ran instead if nbcc ?

2. This is based on your previous comment : Do we need to run the nbcc of the expected version to be installed instead of current version ?

You need to run 7.7.3. Just google it and you'll find the link. Its CLI command. If you run it and it produces a cab file you need to share that Veritas support.

Hi

No, nbdbadmin is an additional check that checks internal consistency of the db.

You run the nbncc version of you're upgrading to.

@RiaanBadenhorst - Thanks for the clarify , i will check for the download links for my 8.0 upgrade  from 773.
