Using flashbackup for backing up Windows 2000 partition

Hello,

We are running NB 5.1 and trying to implement backup up of partiton on Windows 2000 client. Error 11 is issued prior to actual backup. According to "Veritas NetBackup Advanced client: configuration and compatibility" (http://ftp.support.veritas.com/pub/support/products/NetBackup_Enterprise_Server/268391.pdf) flashbackup for Windows clients requires Volume Manager for Windows or Storage Foundation for Windows. Is it mandatory software? Where can I obtain it?

Both are Veritas products.

The case is closed. We just didn't reboot Windows client after installing MP5 on it.
After client reboot flashbackups work smoothly.
