Hi,
I have a problem with some of production servers that installed snapdrive and netbackup.
Whent I restart the netbackup services, it calls VSS and Data Ontap VSS provider, then Data Ontap VSS provider starts to take snapshots of RDM disks one by one and mount on the Virtual machine, and destroy it and unmount disk, it repeats until VSS timeout about 2 days!!
But some of disks are destroyed but not unmounted, and it is big problem.
Netbackup Version: 7.5.0.4
Vsphere Version 5 U1
Snapdrive version 6.4
I tried to select "system Provider" with command "w2koption -backup -snapshotprovidertype 1" but nothing changed.

so on, until VSS timeout
-> VSS -> The VSS service is shutting down due to idle timeout.
