Vault Operator Menu - skipping profile 0/[profile name] : file open failed

I am running NetBackup Enterprise 6.5 on Windows Server 2003.

I created a new vault & corresponding profile.  When I run the Vault Operator Menu, I receive an error saying, "... skipping profile 0/SCO_Monthly_Vault/SCO_Monthly_Vault_Profile : file open failed.  Press [Return] to continue."

Anyone else run accross this and now how to resolve?  Thanks.

Have you tried deleteing the vault and recreating it ?

Yes, more than once.  I'm wondering if it's throwing an error since the vault has never run before.  I'll see if the error goes away after this particular vault runs on the last day of this month.
