VxMS NTFS Mapping Plug-in cannot be found

I have two 2008 R2 servers that I backup using FlashBackup Windows policies using the VSP snapshot method.  I am running NBU 7.0.  I see the following Warning message in the event logs:

The description for Event ID 4183 from source VxMS NTFS Mapping Plug-in cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
Error: 0x00001057, in file .\NtfsFileByHandle.cpp, line 1837

I don't see any errors in NetBackup when the backups are run.  They show a status of: (0) the requested operation was successfully completed.  Does anybody know why I am seeing these warnings in event log, and if it is a problem or not?

Did you mean VSS?  VSP is definitely not supported with that O/S (EDIT: or with ANY O/S in 7.0).

The default snapshot type for NBU 7 is VSS. Did you explicitly select VSP in the policy snapshot options?

It doesn't seem though that the error is related to VSS - rather with NTFS. If you have not configured any GRT backups, I guess you can safely ignore it.

I found a VERY old TN http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/264966.htm

but it should not be relevant anymore....

VSP was selected as my snapshot option.  After reading your posts I changed it to auto. I just fired off a backup and will see if I get the error.

The backup was successful, but I still got the message in the event log.

I forgot to add that both of these servers are VMware virtual machines

I opened a ticket with support.  They decided it was just a warning message that is irrelevant to our situation.
