media manager found wrong tape in drive(93)

How tape backup server went down and we had to build a new one. I was able to install Netbackup V6 and detect the HP Ultium 960 Autoloader no problem. I added the tape HCART3 manually and the media ID that were on the labels, but I am having a problem with just one tape. Tape media ID OT0001 which is in slot 1. I created the exact same way I did all other, but this one when I try to read it by doing an erase I get this problem:

Would anyone know how I can get this tape working.
