We are getting error code 150

Backup job is getting fail with error code 150, what are the effective troubleshooting steps ?

What version of Netbackup are you using ?. What OS are you running on the master server.

you get a 150 when someone kills the job or you bounce NB while jobs are running.

Please share all info in Details tab of the job.

99.9 % of status 150 is because 'someone' has killed the job.

0.1 % because of some other process failing and thus killing the job.

More info is required to troubleshoot.

We are using Veritas Netbackup 7.0 and Master Server OS is Windows Server 2008 Sp2.

With error code 150, this is giving the message as Process is killed by Administrator.

Please post the text from the jopb details tab and also run an All Log Entries report covering 5 minutes either side of a failure and post it as a text file on here
