Hi There,

The "red circle with a slash" icon means that the file is read-only on the client's filesystem.

This means that a restore would not be able to overwrite it on the client's disk if you do not have admin or root access to override the file's read-only attributes.

These restore GUI icons are documented in the "Helpful Hints on Locating and Marking Files" part of the "NetBackup 5.0 User's Guide for Unix", page 16 : http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/264257.htm (was unable to find the same in any 6.x guide or technote)
