What licenses to buy for NBU 7

I need to buy licenses for the following servers, could you please verify the licenses I need

8 standard licenses: 4 X two processors servers and 4 X four processors

servers.

4 Oracle database licenses: 2 X four processors servers and 2 X eight

processors servers.

1 SQL+Sharepoint: 1 X four processors server.

2 Media servers (2 clusters): 2 X eight processors servers.

It can all depend upon the physical hardware/platform (tier structure) Windows cf UNIX. Things that will also need to be considered are tape library, drives, SSO, number of clients, agents, options etc etc etc.
