Where is "edit client list" button in NBU GUI 7.0?

I want to add some source client names to the BACKUP/RESTORE function in NBU GUI 7.0? I see the EDIT SERVER LIST button but I do not have a EDIT CLIENT LIST button. Any help would be appreciated.

When you open the Backup, Archive and Restore window, File>Specify Netbackup Machines and Policy Type...

Are you trying to open this window from Server or client?
