Hi, I'm trying to restore a mailbox for a client but the only thing that I could see it the mailbox Datastore, not the individual mailbox, why?

are you getting any error popup when you click on SPI Mailbox A in restore window?
did the backup images is on Tape?
what is the Destination?
what is the Netbackup verison on Master and media server?

Backup to disk (lun) and duplicated via a storagetech

have you configure the NFS on client and the media server?

as you are sying you are duplicating to storagetech..
what is the location of the images that you are browsing tape or disk?
if that is in tape you can not browse..
you can only browse the images in Tape, images should be in disk...,
1) if that is in tape duplicate it back to disk and check..
2) you can only browse if that images if full backup, if you are browing Incr backup you can not see it
check with full backup image.
Incremental backups do not Support GRT

I'm browing the Catalog when I'm doing a restore, as usual, and looking in the full backup.
I only see the mailbox store, not the user mailbox.

Your backup is from 8th March - is that backup still on disk? (select Actions - Preview Media .. if a tape media id is shown it is only on tape or the tape is the primary copy - it it says no entity found then it is still on disk)
Can you confirm that your backups complete 100% successful and that they do not end with Status 1 as this could indicate (will be in the job details) that the GRT component was not successful.
If the backup is still on disk and GRT did work then you should be able to see the information if all is working OK
One last thing for now .. when you went to expand the selection did a restore job run, if so for how long and how long before the section expanded (just in case you have another issue)
