Will Netbackup 3.4GA work on Windows 2003?

Hiya,
I have been asked to migrate netbackup 3.4GA from windows 2000 to windows2003, and was wondering if anyone knows if this old version of netbackup will work on windows 2003?

It may work for simple file backups but I wouldn't trust it for a full system recovery. You may want to investigate a less expensive solution like BackupExec.

Cheers for the advice.
 
Sorry, I should have given some more info.
We have moved to a new backup soltuion (not using netbackup 3.4), but the netbackup server is used for restoring old archive backups.
We do not use the netbackup 3.4 software for backups any more, just restores.
We have to move off win2000 if possible, so I wanted to look at the option of moving to windows2003

Setup a test W2K3 using the same name and IP as a current W2K and attempt a restore. It should work for regular flat files.
