Is this normal or does this have something to do with http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/318083.htm

Possibly busy files?

Have you enable WOFB for these clients? (Windows Open File Backup - within Host Properties/Master Servers/master server/Client Attributes, add client to list & WOFB tab select VSS). Altho' for 2008 clients we had issues with WOFB & multiple data streams (had to switch latter off for successful backups).

It is the same files every time i do a backup.

Multiple data streaams are not enabled for the policy the client is in. I have now added the client to WOFB with VSS selected. Trying a new backup.

This time the job completed without errors or warnings.

The solution for having return code 0 from backing up Windows Server 2008 is to force it to use VSS as described by Andy.

They are all log files -
I am not a windows admin-
So in my case I would -
1) find the person who set up the server
2) find out who is responsible for these files C:\Users\TrafficServiceLogon\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\UsrClass.dat.LOG1

3) ask them if they have to be or can be backed up.
4) if they say no they do not need to be backed
4.a) exclude
5) if they do need to be backed up - see if you are backing up any log files that are not busy - you may have to live with this server not getting active log files.
