backup commands for Windows CLI

I was wondering if there were backup commands for NBU in Windows command line interface.

I found the commands for OpenVMS but I am having difficulty finding the Windows commands. I was hoping to use CLI because I want to write a script for User initiated backups.

I would appreciate any info you could provide.
