Or even give your whole NB environment (you haven't told us what you've got by the way!) a 'kick'?

For info:

***EDIT***

Is it for ALL jobs or just a select few?

Is it only for specific resources (media, drives)?

Anything in the logs or Job Details output that you'd care to share?

***EDIT #2***

Is this anything to do with your other post?

drves are in AVR mode, robot was not detecting in sg level

Are you suffering from a lot of frozen media? The above output indicates that it is mounting a tape & almost immediately saying it is full - possible hardware issue with the drive or maybe a configuration issue?
