bpgetconfig - shows UNKNOWN operating system

I have s concern with the command "bpgetconfig -s <hostname>" specific to a Windows 2008 R2 host. It shows operating system of the host/client as UNKNOW.

I would like to know the reason for it and what is to be done to get correct output.

My Master is at 6.5.3(Solaris 10) and host/client is at 6.5.2 (Windows 2008 R2).

Thanks in Advance,

Sandeep

Windows 2008 R2 supported from 6.5.5 in the OS compatibility list.

(Obviously an upgrade wouldn't necessarily be a quick fix to check this as your master would need upgrading also.)

IIRC Windows 2008 R2 support started with 6.5.4
