Hello,
I have several installations of NetBackup on UNIX machines, on HP-UX and Solaris 10 SPARC bpps command does not exist on netbackup bin directory, Is there any alternative to this command?
# cd /usr/openv/netbackup/bin
# ./bpps
sh: ./bpps: not found.
Thanks,
Ronald

Why don't you copy bpps file from other machines of same platform, same version?
Also, you can extract files from installation media, patch, and client binaries on master server(/usr/openv/netbackup/client).
Here is an example on Solaris 10 master server running NetBackup 7.1.0.1.
# ls /usr/openv/netbackup/client/Solaris/Solaris10
JRE.tar.gz cp_to_client move_libs ssh_to_client
NB-Java.tar.gz extract_java nbj.conf tar
PBX.tar.gz ftp_to_client pddeagent.tar.gz version
client_bin.tar.gz install_client pdinstall
client_config installpbx sftp_to_client
# cat /usr/openv/netbackup/client/Solaris/Solaris10/version
NetBackup-Solaris10 7.1.0.1
# /usr/sfw/bin/gtar tzf /usr/openv/netbackup/client/Solaris/Solaris10/client_bin.tar.gz | grep bpps
openv/netbackup/bin/bpps

As per Yasuhisa's post above, did you use gtar to unpack Client install package?
There might be more missing that just bpps. See http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH154080
