what is the command to check netbackup is installed on unix/linux client?
And command to how to uninstall NBU from a client?

check if usr/openv exists
and run
bpps -a
to see if any NetBackup processes are running

As above, check if netbackup is installed in the default location. (/usr/openv is always a link if installed elsewhere!).

You know, even we have to look in the documentation sometimes, to answer your questions.
Chris is rght, you should make an effort to at least look through the documentation - yes sometimes, it takes time, as you have to lk through the different manuals to find the answer, but that is part of being an administrator.
