How many tape drives do you have and how many are in use?
Multiplexing and multistreaming works hand-in-hand with Max jobs per client.
If you are expecting to see 4 simultaneous jobs going to 1 tape drive, you need to ensure that Multiplexing in the Storage Unit is set to 4 and also MPX setting in Default Application Schedule in Oracle policy must also be set to 4.
If MPX in STU or in schedule is set to 1, you will only see 1 active job and the rest queued.

Hi Marianne,
only one tape driver. is that mean only can set 1 to max job per client?
Thanks

Please read through my previous post again....
If you expect to see 4 simultaneous jobs from Oracle client to the same tape drive, then change MPX in STU properties to 4 and also change MPX in schedule to 4.
Please take your time and read through NBU Admin Guide I about Multiplexing and Multistreaming....
