How are your duplication jobs initiated?
Vault? disk staging schedule? bpduplicate script?
Once you have checked and fixed the reason for the failure, you need to restart via the same method that was used in the first place.
Vault: re-run the profile or wait for it to run the day (as specified in the policy). The selection criteria should cover enough days to cater for failed duplications
Disk Staging: right-click on the Storage Unit and select Manual Relocation
bpduplicate: re-run the command or script
