how do I get the number of backups run per days and number failed

Is there anyway I can get the total number of backup jobs ran successfully and failed for a day?

In NBU 5.0 use activity monitor or advanced reporter. You could probably even script this as well to give you the output you want, and have it emailed.

In NBU 6.0 use NOM.

One month, or one year, from now you could.

That's if you start running it daily.
