Shadow Copy Components:\
Please post output of policy. From cmd:
(navigate to netbackup\bin\admincmd folder)
bppllist <policy_name> -U
Please post output of working and non-working policy.

STATUS CODE 71: With Windows 2003 clients, backups of Shadow Copy Components fail with a NetBackup Status Code 71 (none of the files in the file list exist).

Please post errors found in client's bpbkar and bpfis logs.
(BTW - it helps us if users tell us what they've tried so far.... That way a lot of wasted time can be avoided...)

Have you tried re-booting client?
Is backup selection in policy ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES or have you specified Shadow Copy Components? (typo?)
Has it ever worked for this client?
Has client been service packed?

if i select all local driver every thing will be ok, but if i select a shadow copy the problem be available
