inventory robot from command line

Is there a command for this  ?  Need to see contents, preview volume changes and update volume configs as well.

I believe it is the vmchange command...which has multiple switches that can give you interactive modes, empty the CAP, etc..etc...

All the syntax is available in the Netbackup Commands reference guide.

That can be done with vmupdate, here is a sample

vmupdate -rt tld -rn 1 -rh <robot host> -h <host> -use_barcode_rules -empty_map

-rt = robot type

-rn =  robot number

you can get this last two with vmoprcmd over the host or robot host
