mass restores

what would be the most effective way to do a mass restore?  We have some development going on that requires snapshots/backups taken at specific points of the whole environment, then they want to roll back to previous copies of the data across all systems.  Problem is we're talking about 40 systems and an 8 hour window.  They want this scripted, is bprestore my only option here?

thanks for any advice.

Is the data on local drives or on SAN attached drives?
Perhaps NetBackup is not the best solution for your requirements.
Maybe replication would be a better fit.

These systems have SAN and local storage involved.  The SAN replication that is in place only has enough storage to store previous 12 and 24 hour snapshots on disk.  So when they want to revert back to previous week that won't work.  SQL and oracle databases are involved as well.
