how do the Netbackup master or media ( vmware backup host) backup the Vm machine from when using NBD mode ?

From Virtual Center or ESX service console.

From what I understand, it is always through the selected ESX host (where the guest is currently active), so the ESX hosts service console will be used.

I've noticed that in some cases the backup is very slow, and in almost all cases it has been due to that the service consoles are on 100GbE and not 1000GbE. So please verify proper bandwidth.

I asking customer to provide at least 1gb x 2 ( active active ) for the service console.
