When the shadow copy of each drive is created when backup runs ,how much the space it takes?Lets suppose i have d drive of 20 GB.Then shadow copy of this drive will take how many space?

It depends how much has changed,
As mentioned by Marianne, this is not a NBU query. You should really post questions like this on a MS forum.

I'd say it takes between 1 and 20Gb
