new admin needs help

new to netbackup, need help finding how to install NOM. currently running v 6.0

Thank You, that helps .but I do not see  an option for installing NOM. the readme for the install does not list it. I must be missing something.

Yes, I thought it should of been on the install cd.

Netbackup Advanced Reporter is supported for older Netbackup 6.0 Versions. You are checking in Older NerBackup Dumps, You must connect Symantec FileConnect to get NetBackup 6.0 Software Dump.

Even i have started My Carrier with Netbackup 6.5... As per this Symantec Doc..

NetBackup Advanced Reporter (NBAR) is not supported with NetBackup 6.0 and later releases.  NBAR can no longer be used for reporting after the server is upgraded. Only NetBackup Operations Manager (NOM) may be used for reporting after upgrading the server to NetBackup 6.0 or later.

you will need a serial #.

I can never seem to get said serial number, therefore I can never get into FileConnect.
